Sweet Curry Rice


Uhh, latest invention.
Fry until tender a medium clove of garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add 1/2 to 1 tsp. of red curry powder according to taste; 1/2 tsp sea salt; 4 tsp. honey, stir and heat until bubbly. Add 1/4 C. cold water.
Thoroughly combine 3 C. cooked brown rice into curry mixture. Serve hot or cold.
3-4 servings when used as a side.
