Venison for dinner

This afternoon my dad was able to get a deer and now we are feasting!
I put some salt and cayenne pepper in it is all. I find that a little cayenne pepper, I mean a little, tiny bit, helps boost the flavor a bit so that's why I use it on meat sometimes. I just put a dash here and there and thats all.
Yummmm! :)
