Sweet Curry Rice


Uhh, latest invention.
Fry until tender a medium clove of garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add 1/2 to 1 tsp. of red curry powder according to taste; 1/2 tsp sea salt; 4 tsp. honey, stir and heat until bubbly. Add 1/4 C. cold water.
Thoroughly combine 3 C. cooked brown rice into curry mixture. Serve hot or cold.
3-4 servings when used as a side.

Cake

And more.
Today I made some more hummus. Yum.

The other day though, I made a successful attempt to make some GF/DF cake. It was good! Texture was fine as well.
Also at the same time I made some homemade gelatin. I took a fruit herb tea bag and steeped a strong cup of it, meanwhile mixed a packet of plain gelatin into about 1/2 cup of cold water, let sit for a minute. After tea was strong enough, I stirred it into the gelatin water, and added about 2-3 tablespoons of honey. Then chilled for an hour or so in a shallow baking pan in the fridge. It came out pretty good.
